Types of Dust Filter Bags





Polyester Dust Filter Bag

The core material of polyester dust filter bags is polyester fiber PET). This fiber features high strength, good elasticity, and excellent abrasion resistance. However, it has poor alkali corrosion resistance and is suitable for operating conditions below 120 °C.

PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) Filter Bags

PPS dust filter bag offers high-temperature resistance, withstanding conditions up to 190 °C. It provides strong resistance to acids, alkalis, and hydrolysis. However, it has poor oxidation resistance and is prone to shrinkage and deformation.

PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) Filter Bags

PTFE filter bags offer excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, good hydrolysis resistance, and outstanding flame retardancy. They can withstand temperatures up to 230 °C. Widely used in chemical and pharmaceutical industries for high-purity filtration applications.

Fiberglass Filter Bags

Fiberglass filter bags are widely used in industrial dust collection systems due to their excellent high-temperature resistance (up to 260 °C), strong corrosion resistance, and good dimensional stability. They are commonly used in asphalt plants, incinerators, metallurgy, cement, carbon black production, liquid boilers, and coal-fired boiler dust filtration.
