With a 3,600-square-meter workshop equipped with international production lines, Bolian stands at the forefront of industrial textile manufacturing. At the heart of our operations are high-tension warping machines imported from abroad, which ensure precise control over yarn and back beam tension. This critical process lays the foundation for smooth and efficient weaving.
Our workshop houses 20 advanced weaving machines imported from Germany and Sweden, enabling us to achieve an impressive annual production capacity of 6 million square meters. These machines are engineered for excellence — offering strong beating-up force and uniform weaving tension, making them ideal for producing ultra-dense and extra-thick fabrics.
With a maximum reed width of 6.5 meters and versatile piking rapier heads, our looms are capable of manufacturing a wide range of products. This flexibility ensures that each fabric maintains superior qualities such as high tensile strength, low elongation, high density, and multi-layer construction.
