As one of the leading filter press cloth manufacturers, Liaoning Bolian Filtration Solutions have a filter cloth specialist from Germany to lead the company's R&D team to develop high-quality filter cloth products. The production plant uses European equipment and an in-house hot roller setting machine to allow the calendering process for mono-multfilament double layer cloth, which produces widths of up to 4.72 meters.
An independent laboratory monitors the product quality in real-time, to ensure that the filter cloths meets the specifications required.
The R&D team is also responsible for the company's development strategy and collective client products feedback. This information is used for further product improvements and upgrades, as well as new product designs.
Liaoning Bolian Filtration Solutions is both a manufacturer and supplier, with cooperative partnerships with world-renowned mining companies such as BHP, CODELCO and Glencore.
