From September 5 to 8, at the invitation of Bolian's CEO Mr. Xue Xiaotong, Professor You Denghong, founder of DenghongShangXue, and his team visited Bolian's factory. They conducted a four-day workshop themed "Thinking Like a CEO" for the company's senior executives, middle managers, and frontline employee representatives.
First, Chairman Xue Xiaotong, on behalf of Bolian, warmly welcomed and sincerely thanked Professor You and his team. During the sessions, Professor You provided in-depth guidance oriented around the company's future strategy and goals. He elaborated on multiple dimensions including finance–business integration, market segmentation, managerial mindset, operational activities, and cost management. By integrating real-world scenarios—through project-based learning, case studies, and simulation exercises—the training enabled participants to apply knowledge immediately.
Additionally, the program focused on creating personalized growth: developing leadership-oriented talent through competency models and individual strengths, offering flexible learning pathways to meet diverse growth needs.
